SecuTix 360° is a global integrated ticketing solution, adapted to various businesses such as museums, sports, theaters and cities. Development, Quality and Support teams in Switzerland, Vietnam and Spain are working together to deliver every week several new versions of SecuTix 360° to our clients.
To achieve this, we implemented highly agile processes, allowing us delivering new versions of our product three times a day in our different quality environments. In parallel, we have prestigious but demanding clients with very high-quality expectations and low tolerance to bugs. To succeed in this challenging context, we must adopt a new quality management tool capable of:
- Measuring in real time the quality level of our different deliveries
- Identifying the risky areas of our global product, as well as its different functionalities and components
- Tracking the progress of the corrections / improvement initiatives
- Displaying these information in a clear and user-friendly way (to be then shared with top management)
