SecuTix 360° is a global integrated ticketing solution, adapted to various business such as museums, sports, theaters and cities. As an innovative ticketing platform, we deliver great features to our customers continuously.

To keep scaling up and growing our product in the right direction, we believe it is important to understand how the features are used, how much they are used, identify unseen pain points. We want to anticipate future challenges and delight our customers with new features and improvements. We need you to help us:

- Understand SecuTix features usage and help our product leadership team to have a view on how features are performing in adoption and usage.

- Propose and implement a solution to be able get features usage statistics and measure user flows.

- Make an impact by building a new practice within an existing product organization.

In this role

• Define requirements to be able to measure the adoption of shipped features.


• Study and compare the standard adoption frameworks used to understand how features are used.


• Implement a system/solution enabling our product team to measure the adoption features and get statistics about features usage.
