You the possibility to be a part of the IT Pricing Services within the Swiss Universal Bank, providing the technical platform for calculating fees and commissions for key business areas with an overall total amount of calculated fees represented by more than 1 bn CHF of annual revenues

You are responsible to propose efficient solutions to business requirements by analyzing, evaluating and prioritizing various solution options, as well as challenging business requirements in a dedicated way
Reviewing and analyzing business and IT application models as well as documents, maintain requirements, project and product documentation for the bank’s biggest revenue generator will also be part of your area of responsibility
You are handling and executing testing activities and are responsible to ensure proper testing. Furthermore, you are defining test strategies and test plans, reviewing existing test cases and test execution, as well as designing and executing test cases
We are working in an agile and dynamic environment that offers you to act in various roles, based on an inter-disciplinary approach (e. g. writing user stories, testing, understand and transform business requirements into technical solutions)
Driving continuous improvements in testing, especially for automated regression testing
You Offer
University degree in finance/economy or IT, certification of requirements engineering / business analysis (e.g. IREB/IIBA) and/or testing (e.g. ISTQB) is an advantage
You have at least 5 years’ of experience in a similar role within a banking environment
Good knowledge of software development processes and life cycle in addition to a theoretical understanding and practical experience of use case modeling (UML) in IT projects
Deep understanding of test strategies, test concepts and test execution
Ability to create and perform SQL statements is a plus
Good command of all common MS office applications
Proactive and target-oriented team player with ability to assert oneself
Professional skills to moderate discussions and meetings goal-oriented
Ability to deep dive into complex topics/issues/problems and create pragmatic solutions
Very good communication skills and interpersonal competences
Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
