Your role: Be part of the strategy and transformation team and be a critical business partner of the API, Excipient and Media cluster, which consists of 14 sites in the US and EMEA. Manage or support large and complex capital expenditure (CapEx) projects at the 5 EMEA sites. Evaluate problems / opportunities and develop solutions. Develop project scopes and reliable cost estimates. Manage and coordinate activities with support function (e.g. procurement, finance, safety). Manage capital project scope, budget, and schedule through project life cycle. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Provide necessary contractors, materials, and equipment to support projects. Manage and coordinate project design and development of project documentation. Manage and coordinate construction phase of project. Manage and coordinate start-up, commissioning, validation and closeout of the project. Manage quality control objectives through all phases of the project. Contribute to the execution of our Life Science strategy, thus preparing the EMEA sites within the cluster for future business and requirements.
