With an eye to the future we are looking to add to our development and Innovation department, we are looking for a highly motivated:

INNOVATION ENGINEER (M/W)

In this important role you are responsible for the development of products and technologies of future.

Your main Tasks and Responsibilities are:

• Leading of technology development projects, implementation of innovative product concepts and emerging technologies


• Development of prediction and measurement techniques for product design and optimization


• Creative design and implementation of customer requirements in product functionality


• Undertaking of project management tasks and reporting


• Collection of market intelligence and evaluation of new products and developments


• Support of innovation management and ideation process within the organization

Your profile:

• University degree in mechanical, chemical, mechatronics or electrical engineering. Preferably masters or PhD


• 2-5 years of industry/start-up experience


• Excellent track record of multidisciplinary research and product development related to mechanical and electrical devices.


• Knowledge in algorithm and software development


• Familiarity with CAD and design tools is an advantage


• Experience in interdisciplinary R&D project management


• High personal drive and entrepreneurial mindset   


• Excellent command of English and German (written and oral)
