You Offer

 

• Profound knowledge of the banking industry with at least 7 years of professional experience, preferably in a managerial, Front or Sales role with experience in Project Management; Experience in Communications is a strong asset


• You are used to structuring discussions on management level based on your broad track record in the finance industry


• You present a hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented attitude with an open-minded character (solid ability to adapt to change)


• You are passionate about working in a dynamic and collaborative work environment on highly challenging topics


• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude


• You bring a high degree of social intelligence with strong interpersonal skills


• You show strong and transparent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt your communication style to target audience in diverse environments which you combine with an outgoing, winning personality


• You possess very good knowledge of English and German, any other market language skills would be helpful in order to collaborate with different business partners
