Line Leader 


Your main responsibilities:



  • Manage teams and ensure individual people development and coaching

  • Establish a team culture by providing clear understanding of the IL6S principles

  • Ensure the most economic production process while meeting the production schedule with best quality and lowest possible costs

  • Give support to ensure that the conversion organisation and processes are at the top of the industry standard regarding line productivity and efficiency

  • Be responsible for QA/HSE Incident investigation and implementation of sustainable measures 

  • Lead and initiate CI, productivity and organizational projects within the line unit

  • Support the interfaces to Business Development and R&D regarding new products, new processes, promotions and reformulation projects

  • Lead & Support permanently challenges Best Practices for both MEU internal and external processes via benchmarking

  • Be responsible for the technical availability of the production lines in the line unit


Qualifications

 

  • University degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (Food Industry preferred)

  • 2-5 years of experience on a similar position

  • Good economical understanding

  • Knowledge in manufacturing process

  • Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes

  • Teamwork – strong people management and communication skills

  • Continous improvement mindset

  • Experience in coaching, motivating and leading a team

  • Fluent German and English skills
