As our digital advertising manager you will own one of the most important growth channels in our firm! You will constantly develop this channel by implementing new methods in multiple different markets thereby, leading our company’s growth.


Responsibilities


You will own paid ads and conversion optimization. Your responsibilities will be:



  • Build, manage, and optimize our digital advertisement across a full portfolio of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.), programs (e.g., paid search, remarketing, display advertising, social ads), and geographies

  • Together with our product marketing, you manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.

  • Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage

  • Oversee and, jointly with the engineering team, implement technical SEO


A day in the life of


Start the day with a coffee and marketing stand-up meeting. Then you move on to oversee the performance of your recent paid campaigns. As one of your A/B tests shows positive results, you set-up a new landing page including its key messaging. After the weekly team-lunch, you analyze the website conversations from organic visitors and meet with the product marketer for revising the messaging. Next, you meet with the content team to coordinate the content for the retargeting campaigns. In the afternoon - when creating these campaigns - you will apply some brilliant ideas and thereby earn all the respect from the sales team once again.


Requirements



  • At least 3+ years of professional experience doing mainly PPC-advertising in multiple channels for B2B (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads)

  • Excellent communication skills in German, Italian is a big plus.



  • High proficiency in technical SEO

  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics understanding

  • Advanced proficiency with other Digital Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Hotjar, etc.).

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, IT, CS, Business Administration, Marketing

  • Eligible for a working visa in Switzerland
