ASME NQA-1 (Nuclear Quality Assurance-1) is a regulatory standard created by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. The standard ensures that organizations supplying items or services which provide a safety function for nuclear facilities have been audited and verified based on defined standards.

For our Operations Excellence team in Wettingen – responsible for spare parts business for nuclear customers - is looking for a
Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) as Process Analyst (80-100%)
Your job - diverse
You ensure that all NQA-1 processes – internally as well as on sub-suppliers site – are in place and up-to-date at any time.
Based on existing target-is analyses you ensure that all NQA-1 related documentation and certification is available.
Your expertise makes you to the central point of contact for all NQA-1 issues from Customer Service with all other departments.
You are responsible that qualifications and certifications for Spare Parts are available to our Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) customers.
In case if Service Sales Representatives need support on documentation, you help the team.
Your profile - matches perfect
Engineering or Technician Degree in Electrotechnics / Electro mechanics, combined with several years of experience in Project Management and process evaluation.
Good knowhow about industrial UPS systems and well-founded knowledge of the NQA-1 philosophy, requirements and processes.
Ability to handle multiple conflicting properties, to manage without authority and to network successfully within and outside of GUTOR.
Your strong communication skills help you to convince others - fluency in English and German is therefore a must.
Good (self-)organizational working attitude, the willingness to continuously learn and your openness amongst other cultures completes your profile.
