The Future ERP Roadmap is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP’s, industry and available Roche best practices. As the Future ERP Finance Senior Business Analyst you are responsible for driving alignment of Finance and Controlling requirements between functional teams for the Future ERP Roadmap program and for developing and implementing the ERP Finance solutions.This role reports to the Future ERP Global Finance IT lead.

Your primary responsibilities include:

End to end ownership of the Controlling and Profitability Analysis (CO/PA) solution

• Business Analysis in the area of S/4 HANA CO/PA – implementation of business processes in S/4 HANA, requirements and functional specifications


• Design and document S/4 HANA solution including interfaces and reporting


• Define and document corresponding test documentation for the solutions


• Contribute to the definition of Finance Core Template

Accountable for delivery of ERP Functional solution for Controlling and Profitability Analysis

• Oversee delivery of solutions are consistent and compatible across the Future ERP program


• Work closely with the business leads to ensure continuous business and IT alignment


• Ensure the smooth delivery and transition across program phases, from initiation thru requirements, design, build and rollout


• Ensure all documentation is maintained in SAP Solution Manager

You bring the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a global enterprise in the Pharma industry, delivering SAP ERP solutions in transformational projects


• 10+ years of hands on experience in delivering SAP ERP Finance solutions, preferably in Pharma/healthcare industry with excellent Business Process knowledge in the area of Finance and Controlling


• Expert knowledge SAP S/4 HANA Finance with an emphasis on Finance and Controlling modules (i.e. GL, AR, AP, CO, PA, etc.)


• Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills in large multi-national enterprise as well as experience in delivering projects using Roche project management methodology (PMM) or equivalent


• C-level fluency in English and preferably conversational German
