Customer service operator (Fluent Spanish & English)

We’re looking for a customer service operator to join the Replay team. You will receive email from customers; provides reply routing and general information to customers.
Full-time contract. Based in Geneva/CH
Responsabilities
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Research required information using available resource.
Makes best customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions.
Follow standard processes and procedures.
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Requirements
Spanish & English (written, spoken, fluent).
Exemplary attendance and punctuality
Knowledge of computer operations to include the use of email and web browser and customer service techniques
Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures
Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization
Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as time pressure or job ambiguity)
Possesses, acquires, and maintains the technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively and to create effective customer solutions
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately

Demonstrated excellent written communication skill
