Become part of a team responsible for the creation of innovative new courses for learners of all ages from

around the world and enjoy the opportunity to participate in all stages of the development and production

process from shaping the concept to creating final materials, whether they’re books, notes, videos, online

lessons or apps.

The Role

Be responsible for ensuring course materials developed mainly for students from 3 ‒ 18 years old are

academically sound and consistent. Support other members of the Academic and Content team by

contributing to academic development within the team and maintaining the highest academic standards.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing course content to ensure and develop academic standards across all products

• Ensuring that all lesson plans and materials meet their academic aims

• Ensuring that all content matches our specified methodological and pedagogical standards or goals

for each project

• Contributing creative ideas and innovative content proposals

• Documenting content creation processes and standards

• Providing regular training and information sessions for both writers and the broader EdTech team

• Contributing to academic development within the team and actively supporting and helping to develop

its members

• Liaising with and supporting other content team members

Requirements:

• More than 4 years’ work experience in TESOL industry in our key market of China

• More than 5 years’ ESL/EFL experience

• Licentiate Diploma in TESOL

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Modern Languages, Linguistics, or Teaching English

• CEFR C2 level of English (mastery)

• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail

• Proven experience in giving feedback on lesson plans or teaching materials and professionally

developing content creators

• High level of industry knowledge and academic expertise
