Your responsibilities
Develops and improves Company’s Project Development processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders
Supports the team in going through risk assessment of DBO projects and projects with equity investment
Responsible for reporting of accurate cash flow
Introduces standardization in relation to Joint-Ventures, partnership and shareholder agreements
Responsible for commercial contract conditions with client and consortium partners and negotiation with client and consortium partners
Responsible for input into calculation of commercial cost
Manages local lawyers support
Your experiences
More than 8 years’ experience in comparable function in large scale industrial projects in the construction industry or similar
Profound commercial and business knowledge and understanding of project structure
Understanding of risks associated with equity investments and mitigation strategies
Ability to define and manage commercial aspects associated with strategy for services delivery
Good understanding of governance requirements when entering new markets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills and cross-cultural competences
Very good problem-solving skills, ability to consider complex interdependent aspects of problems
Proficient in English and good command of German and other languages of advantage
