Manager Group Business Analysis

Group Financial Control (GFC) drives strategic value and ensures world class business services, to deliver sustainable business performance within our control framework. 

Group Business Analysis drives the Group financial analysis and sets the standards for common and high-level financial analysis. Analysis and insights into the Group consolidated historical and projected financial results, proactively engaging and networking with the various operating units for insights and validation.

Your Main Responsibilities will be:

• Group financial analysis of annual budget, quarterly forecast and actual report


• Support on the 3YP preparation, consolidation and presentation


• Preparation of several presentations to the CFO and CEO for the financial review with F&BT management team and GLT


• Support to clusters, being the first point of contact between the Clusters Financial Planning & Business Control Directors and the headquarter


• Business partnering for Corporate functions

Main Requirements:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, developing new, innovative analysis and reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as you will be interacting with senior levels of management. Further you need to be rigorous, have the ability to work under pressure and to keep strict deadlines.

A University degree is required as well as at least 10 years experience in controlling positions in clusters, market companies or operating units.

Fluence in English, both written and verbal. French language is a plus. Furthermore, you need to have good knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of Business Object is a valuable asset.
