Our team - based in Zofingen, Switzerland-, is currently looking for a highly motivated, self-driven person with outstanding communication, structure and collaboration skills to take the position of:


Project manager


Your responsibilities will be the following:



  • Overall responsible for project management and execution of small and medium size projects from Kick-off until handover to end customer / Tetra Pak master companies

  • Plan, control and follow-up economy, resources, cost, time and quality according to signed contract

  • Manage project communication with end customer / Tetra Pak master companies / internal departments

  • Organize and manage internal project meetings or with end customer/ Tetra Pak master companies

  • Develop project time plans

  • Draw flow diagrams P&ID

  • Technical clarifications with end customer, suppliers and other involved departments

  • Select dimensions of used components

  • Apply relevant legislations and standards

  • Support the site manager / supervisor during installation and commissioning phase

  • Active participating in project risk assessment meetings

  • Responsible for delivery of technical documentation to end customer

  • Provide lessons learned and input for improvements

  • Take care of claims caused by design or dimension errors

  • Support sales team (calculations, budget estimations, customer presentations) when it comes to variation orders
     


We believe you have:


Professonal skills



  • Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent > 3 years experience

  • German good written and verbal communication skills

  • English good written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer skills:Microsoft Office, CAD 2D skills, Experience with ERP software like SAP or similar

  • Skilled at prioritization and multitasking

  • Structured work approach and strong attention to details

  • Experience in project management 

  • Systematic approach of problem solving

  • Process engineering experience is a must

  • It is nice to have Beverage process experience and Knowledge about customer demands in process technology

  • High integration ability and willingness to take responsibility

  • Always behaves cooperatively, has own position, communicates openly and directly, friendly and confident appearance
