Some requirements that must be met are

• Degree in mechanical engineering


• Strong interest in or background of gear design


• Background in either machine elements, FEM or MBS


• Good command of German and English


• Excellent communication skills, also in writing


• Willingness to travel extensively


• Extremely high motivation and flexibility
