For this position you will play a crucial role with our mission to implement a global overview of our clients enabling the bank to actively detect suspicious transactions or association to illicit activities
Drive the overall program strategy and bring the vision of the holistic client view to the next level of sophistication thereby involving business partners front to back throughout the entire Bank
Identify potential areas of collaboration and synergies among projects and other departments, such as General Counsel and Front Organizations
You challenge solutions to ensure they are aligned with recognized business benefits
Regular presentations in front of Senior Management is part of your daily business
Through close collaboration with numerous partners you get the chance to broaden your strong and sustainable network across and outside of the bank

You Offer
You hold a university degree in business, politics, law or an equivalent education^
You bring at least 6 years of relevant working experience in a consulting, strategy, business management or project management environment
If you have compliance domain knowledge or experience within an agile project this will be helpful
You have a deep understanding of the functions of a major international bank and are able to come up with creative and effective business solutions and present them
Well-structured but flexible enough to operate in a dynamic often changing environment with a solution-oriented attitude
You are an open-minded and reliable a colleague with way of working as well as with the dedication to provide high quality deliverables within the given timeframe
You are a problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
Your strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate and influence business partners, provide direction and foster consensus across groups enables you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, German will be a plus
