Requirements: 

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our challenging and dedicated Resourcing team in Geneva.

• Search databases (LinkedIn, Jobs Boards), qualifying candidates, ascertaining relevant information and presenting to the staffing associate, relevant managers and business partners
• Write and advertise roles, vacancies & pipeline positions
• Ensure that all candidates share a relationship with b-i
• Network within a competitive market to attain and attract new candidates
• Maintain Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (updating, implementing etc.)
• Maintain internal database - Taleo

Experience:
• Prior sourcing / recruitment experience in the IT domain
• University education prefered
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong personality
• Strong team player with entrepreneurial attitude
• Highly motivated individual

• Salesforce (PM, BA, Developer, Lead, Release Management)

• Business analysis

Languages:
• Fluent English and French
