As the Director MRO Operations of the Part 145 organization you will be responsible for successfully lead the overall operation of the maintenance activity of the Geneva operation. As a direct report of the site General Manager your mission will be to ensure project results are met respecting budget, time and quality targets, in line with your priorities and the organization’s Vision 2020 and strategy. You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that the projects are globally aligned and executed effectively. The role also requires a focus on safety (product and employee) and employee performance.

Description/Tasks:

• Define and execute the operating plan for Part 145 organization, in accordance with strategic plans and financial requirements. Follow existing controls and metrics to monitor progress on execution


• Develops and maintains budgets, manpower, schedules, procedures and policies to achieve maximum utilization of all resources. Review performance of departments and take timely corrective action to resolve deficiencies


• Set and define standards for working processes and rules and ensure they are respected across all the departments


• Leads by example as a proactive, flexible, forward thinking individual that works to the best of his/her abilities, while embodying and promoting ONE Jet values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment and Transparency)


• Supports and enforces all EHS policy and procedures


• Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Qualification/Experience:

• Demonstrated successful leadership experience within an aerospace organization (MRO Center, OEM or similar)


• Broad knowledge of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework (Part 145)


• Excellent track record of managing complex operations and achieving continuous process improvements


• Fluent in French and English
