Associate Quality Systems Specialist - 6 months

  • Proactively manage activities related to training process.

  • Maintain the LMS (CornerStone OnDemand) content “up-to-date” for required training aspects

  • Plan and coordinate effectively training sessions for the site according to defined schedule.

  • Take initiatives for continuous improvement of the training process.

  • Assign appropriate training to new employee and according to organizational changes

  • Archive training evidences according to records retention requirements

  • Ensure and promote continuously level of the internal customer service for the administrative requests related to SMO Quality System


A Day in the Life





  1. Training



  • Coordinate and organize training sessions according to the defined planning

  • Centralize training evidences and update LMS accordingly

  • Create efficient partnership with the Training Process Owner and Training Coordinators

  • Support system users’ and internal customers’ requests about LMS aspects


 



  1. Quality System



  • Answer to administrative requests from internal/external customers


 


 



  1. Pilot indicators and projects



  • Lead KPIs reporting on-time to the Business Unit and Group

  • Participate to projects related to Quality & SMO organizations

  • Support monitoring and reporting to the site leadership related to Change Requests execution

  • Contribute and participate to a safety work environment, report any EHS risks and events (injuries, illness and accidents). Understand and enforce all Health and Safety policies, procedures and regulations


Must Have: Minimum Requirements





  • Administrative function in quality field

  • Bachelor’s level or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of experience in Medical Devices and/or Pharma industries

  • Exposure to Compliance/Quality Systems Regulations (e.g. GMP’s, process/document controls)

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Office software and IT systems knowledge (LMS)

  • Strong sensitization to the basics of quality principles in medical devices or pharmaceutics environments
