The main purpose of this role is to lead strategy development, implementation and end to end management of various Direct to Consumer - Digital Marketing initiatives for the Medtronic Diabetes Business Unit.



As a Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager; you will be:
1) Responsible of managing Diabetes EMEA Social Media channels
2) Responsible of managing end to end Direct to Consumer Marketing initiatives for the assigned product categories primarily leveraging Digital channels.


 



A Day in the Life


 


• Lead Diabetes EMEA Social Media strategy and own planning, development and maintenance activities.
• Contribute therapy outcomes and business growth in assigned product categories by leading Direct to Consumer / Digital Marketing activities.
• Own strategy, planning and implementation of holistic Direct to Consumer Marketing initiatives for the assigned product categories within timelines and budgets. Initiatives range from simple content creation to holistic consumer marketing plans, creation of marketing campaigns and execution.
• Set regular project tracking meetings with relevant stakeholders. Ensure tasks to set the project forward are identified and assigned to relevant owners. Ensure the delivery team is accountable for the actions assigned.
• Involve and manage internal and external project stakeholders. Coordinate internal project contributors and be the main point of contact for our vendor partners.
• Provide trackable campaign outcomes


 


 


Must Have: Minimum Requirements  • A minimum 6 years of dedicated Direct to Consumer Marketing experience mainly leveraging the Digital / Social channels (strategy development, planning, creative process, campaign development, project management, implementation, managing vendors and relevant stakeholders, reporting). Ideally both on agency and client-side.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing - Business related fields.

• Fluency in English 

• Strong experience on Direct to Consumer marketing through Social Media channels

• Hand on experience in developing Social Media channel strategies, community management and content creation models.

• Experience in using Social Media management tools

• Proven ability to deliver successful regional/multi language campaigns to completion.

• Excellent analytical skills for campaign tracking and reporting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in vendor, budget management.

• Independent and highly accountable

• Ability to build relationships and collaborations
