Production Planner

Production Planner – Your future position?


 


As a Production Planner in our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for Ingredients and Materials planning for our manufacturing plant of Vernier while optimizing inventory and service levels.


 


Reporting to the ingredient Planning Team lead, your main responsibilities will be to:


 



  • Plan and manage a portfolio of finished products (perfumery ingredients), Delivery System products and cosmetic Ingredients to ensure an appropriate level of inventory

  • Ensure the availability of various Materials for production of ingredients: Bulk, VMI, Standard Raw Materials and subcontracting materials

  • Optimize and secure production plan for our main production facility (Vernier)

  • Manage  Stock Transfer Orders from other production plants for resales and internal consumption

  • Resolve or escalate issues related to your portfolio

  • Achieve and maintain service level target

  • Ensure customer (internal, external) response on time, managing daily plans

  • Collaborate with Supply team in Givaudan Business Solution (Budapest) and Production (Vernier)

  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in terms of supply planning and service to customers

Educational Background & specific skills



  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, etc…;

  • Fluent in English / French

  • Project Management

  • ERP/MRP expertise

  • Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI, BO)

  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise

  • Scheduling knowledge (Ortems)

  • APICS certification desired

  • Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain.
