It was launched in 2010 by the Norwegian media house Schibsted, and acquired by Swiss media group Tamedia in 2015. With more than 12.5 million monthly visits, tutti.ch is the largest and fastest growing online marketplace in Switzerland.
The opportunity

As a tutti.ch UX researcher you will be in charge of learning and understanding our users’ needs, behaviors and emotions. This will yield insights that inform the product strategy and guide the experiences we create for all our platforms. Your work will shape the perception of the second hand market in Switzerland and will have a direct impact on millions of people.
As a member of the Tamedia group you will also exchange with, learn from, and tackle opportunities with a central UX research team, as well as other portfolio companies like as Ricardo, Homegate, Jobs.ch, Starticket, Doodle, 20 Minutes, and many more.
What we expect from you
You know the ins and outs of user research, are interested in design thinking methods and you understand user-centered design principles and UI best practices. A masters qualification in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other field emphasizing human behavior would be a plus point.
You can work independently and prioritize time between multiple projects, and are flexible in adapting to changing schedules. No two days are ever the same in our office, you may find yourself working on a number of projects at any given time so we’re looking for someone who will thrive in these situations and isn’t scared of long to-do lists.
You’re comfortable creating reports and giving visual presentations, your spoken and written German is fluent (Swiss german is a plus), and you’re able to conduct day-to-day business in English.

In this role you’ll work closely with multiple teams, your mission is to drive forward and ingrain a user centric mindset into our ways of working at tutti.ch. You’ll validate whether we are doing the right things, as well as whether we are doing things right.
