Within our team Head of Fixed Income Sales in Zurich we are looking for a Working student .
Your challenge:
• Timely deliver defined reporting to clients
• Set up and prepare monthly internal meetings
• Prepare and print all necessary documents for client meetings, events and conference calls
• Timely prepare and deliver the internal Management Reporting on the sales activities and its KPI (i.e NNM, AuM, Pipeline, CRM Reports..)
• Assist the Head of Fixed Income Sales with all matters related to business travels, office management, meetings and client meetings and events
Your qualification:
• Student (university or FH) in economics or finance-related discipline
• Deep interest in finance, investment, asset management and related topics
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-organized, maintains attention to detail and is highly committed to accurate and high quality delivery
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
