For us, design is much more than pretty screens. At Infocentric we look at design in a holistic way and see it as a solution to a user and business problem.

We are a digital service house with a vibrant mix of designers, developers and consultants. Our clients are mainly large Swiss companies and we help them creating meaningful experiences for their users. As we are growing our UX team we are looking for an open minded and passionate Senior UX Designer.

Your role

• Creation of design concepts and prototypes


• Evaluation of designs and prototypes with team members, clients and end users


• UX lead in medium sized projects (leading internal designers and freelancer)


• Work in an interdisciplinary team of designers, strategists and developers


• Design and lead of internal sessions and client workshops


• Help shaping the future of Infocentric’s UX practice

This is what you bring along

• Passion for users and good understanding of user-centred design principles


• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in designing digital services and products


• Degree in Design, HCI or related


• Experience in working with large organizations (as a service provider or employee)


• You enjoy working with people, are initiative and don’t shy away from responsibility


• You are open minded and see feedback as a chance to learn and grow


• Fluent in German, professional knowledge of English
