We offer you the opportunity to join our Group Standards R&D department, which is looking for a new :

Business Process Owner Product Lifecycle Management  

Specialist in Engineering Change Management  

Responsibility

YOUR MISSION:

• Provide business process subject matter expertise in the field of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in relation to product development process (NPI) and product engineering change (ECM)


• Define the Product Engineering Change Management (ECM) business requirements and processes in a global and collaborative context 


• Drive process standardization, harmonization and improvements within the process area to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness


• Drive the development of the solutions to meet the business requirements, own the deployment of the solutions in a global and collaborative context  

Requirements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leader and expert in methodologies for gathering requirements and modeling process flows


• Support group transformation programs and projects as subject matter expert


• Documentation and ownership of PLM processes


• Perform analysis and document business processes leading to process change and/or system implementation


• Work with all relevant departments, business process owners and key users to execute governance and to ensure process is respected

YOUR PROFILE: 

• You have a solid engineering background in system engineering, mechanic, electro-technic, electronic, industrialisation or quality, with ideally 10 years successful experience in a similar position in an international industrial environment


• University degree (Bachelor or Master in the field)


• Experience: Product development, production and operations in industrial machinery and equipment, quality or service; PLM, CAD, SAP; Business transformations in global environment; PLM deployment, SAP deployment


• ECM (Engineering Change Management) process knowledge as standard practice from machinery industry (aviation market with strict norms), life cycle management expert, PDP and PMP process


• End to end process knowledge, R&D, engineering, production, sourcing, quality and service


• Project management 


• Business process management knowledge 


• Business standardisation

• You have a structured and analytical mindset enabling you to efficiently drive and implement various projects simultaneously


• You are fluent in English and French
