Your role:
Are you great at getting the word out? Do you know how to engage different kinds of people on a variety of topics? We’re looking for someone who can:
– develop high-quality written communication materials including management messages, talking points and speeches, as well as articles and briefings
– develop and implement communication plans for strategic projects and initiatives, as well as key products and research
– advise our business partners, including the Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office and the Global Wealth Management HR team, on their communications, including helping them determine the appropriate delivery channels
– work closely with Global Wealth Management communications teams in New York and Singapore on divisional communications activities

Your team:
You’ll be working in the Global Wealth Management internal communications team in Zurich. We are currently a small team of three experienced communications specialists who work closely together and with our GWM media relations counterparts and GWM communications colleagues in New York and Singapore.
Your expertise:
You have:
– a minimum of 3 years' experience in internal communications
– a flair for writing
– a keen eye for detail
– the ability to convey complex ideas in a way that's simple and easy to understand
– an interest in the financial industry, as well as in investment products and economic research
– an interest in employee engagement topics
– experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including members of senior management
– a good general education and an interest in current affairs
You are:
– a superior communicator, comfortable using a variety of channels, whether in-person or digital
– able to run communications projects independently, in close coordination with business partners
– open-minded with a pro-active attitude (you're always brimming with new ideas)
– accustomed to tight deadlines
– a native English speaker (fluency in German is a plus)
– solution-oriented and pragmatic
