Senior ICT System Architect & Engineer

Within a small system engineering team, you will be responsible for the architecture and further expansion of our globally distributed IT infrastructure. With your broad knowledge you will support a smooth IT operation where you can have a decisive influence on the strategically important infrastructure.

Your Main Tasks

• Conceptual design of the system architecture based on Azure, Azure Stack and Microsoft Services


• Conceptual development of the WAN network based on VPN, MPLS and operation of LAN networks worldwide


• Updating and developing ICT architecture (hardware, system software, communication, etc.)


• Creation of technical system descriptions and overviews


• Component monitoring and solving operational issues


• Support of IT and business projects and provide the required infrastructure

Your Experience and Skills

• Computer scientist or higher degree with 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of enterprise architecture and system engineering with a global scope


• Very good knowledge of Microsoft, especially Azure, experience with video conferencing systems, VoIP, Office 365, AD/ADFS, WatchGuard and PRTG is a plus


• Solid network technology background, able to operate firewalls, switches and WiFi networks


• Strong communication skills, ability to translate complex technical issues into comprehensible language


• Excellent written and spoken English as well as good German skills are required, Spanish and French are an advantage


• Interest in and enthusiasm for impact investments
