IT Associate Technician (Senior)

The primary function of this position is to provide efficient and effective IT support for internal (informational) users and professional solutions for complex IT problems and questions.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Working independently on different IT related support requests

  • First and second level support: Installations of pc’s, laptops and software, user administration, deskside support according to predefined processes

  • Provide second level IT support in local language and English

  • Provide fast und competent technical support to complex IT problems and questions from users

  • Build and maintain relationships with users and other experts

  • Keep track using helpdesk tool of issues assigned

  • Videoconferencing support, meeting support


Your Qualifications and Experience:


  • Further EDV education (PC-Supporter/in, SIZ) or comparable experience

  • Certified System or Support Technician

  • User Management Tools

  • Basic knowledge of SAP

  • Knowledge in MS Server OS and active directory structures

  • Knowledge in ITIL V3

  • Excellent Windows (Client) knowledge

  • Willingness for stand-by for emergency duties outside normal office hours

  • Strong English and German skills both orally and in written form
