We Offer
Being part of the Regulatory Strategy and Business Change (RSBC) Portfolio Execution Governance team your role is to provide transparency to the top management by monitoring and reporting the execution progress of firm wide regulatory programs.
In this broad and dynamic position you are responsible for the production of monthly reporting on top regulatory programs, which is a high profile report that goes to the senior management.
You are preparing the quarterly Capital Allocation and Risk Management Regulatory Change Management Board with members of the ExB and the COOs of the bank.
To ensure high quality updates are provided you are in charge of monitoring of regulatory program deliverables & interaction with program managers and program offices.
You have the chance to cooperate and work collaboratively with senior business partners of > 25 programs to assure correctness and completeness of the regulatory delivery risks reported.
Pro-actively contribute to manage the “Watch List” of Programs that need extra monitoring, investigation and remediation.
You dedicatedly maintain overall understanding of remediation cases and ensure the availability of “Back to Green plans” for watch list programs.
Together with the team, you are continuously improve RSBC’s portfolio execution standards and tools.
You Offer
a University degree in Law, Economics or equivalent.
Proven delivery background as a Program Manager or Head of Program Management Office.
Sound understanding of current regulatory environment and familiarity with regulation processes is an advantage.
Superb communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication to the top management.
Fluent English, written and spoken, German would be a plus.

The ability to manage own book of work and create activities required to meet internal deadlines, prioritize work, and pay attention to detail but keep the big picture in mind.
