Innovation Manager Personal & Home Care

  • ​Responsible for innovation projects in the personal & home care application fields

  • Manage personal & home care projects according to agreed targets

  • Drive preparation of gate papers & present them for approval

  • Seek actively new project ideas through internal network and drive idea management

  • Prepare business case and provide it for approval

  • Adhere to timelines



  • ​Degree in Life Sciences, PhD is a plus

  • Minimum 5 years experience in R&D, product development

  • Proven track record in either personal or homecare application fields

  • Project management experience

  • Proven track-record in establishing and fostering international and intercultural working relationships

  • Strong customer focus

  • Teamwork

  • Fluent English, other languages are a plus
