Your role:
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can provide administrative support to the Global Head of C&ORC Asset Management. You’ll:
manage and coordinate calendars across global time zones including booking of meeting rooms / video conferences / conference calls
liaise with senior level MD/ (GMD / GEB) internal and external clients and setting up / managing various meetings
provide additional administrative support to one other Zurich based C&ORC AM Managing Director
arrange international travel
process invoices and expenses
provide organizational support, including the ordering of supplies and equipment and team events
provide absence cover for other Executive Assistants in Group Risk Control
coordinate various internal and external communications material
take care of settlement of accounts, processing invoices and expenses

You’ll be working in the C&ORC Asset Management team in Zurich, Switzerland and reporting to the Global Head of C&ORC Asset Management. We are a global business-aligned function performing a vital service to UBS Asset Management. It is a fast-paced environment that offers the opportunity to work with experts in their field. We are seeking someone that can go above and beyond executive support to think outside the box, solve problems and galvanize people and teams.
Your expertise:
You have:
several years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment
demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
experience of working across all levels of a large global organization
a genuine interest and passion for making a difference to the function and the people that work in it
good communication skills
business acumen
experience of working with confidential and sensitive information
You are:
a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize multiple tasks (you make lists and get things checked off) and have a strong attention to detail
able to deal with high pressure situations, while maintaining a sense of humour
enthusiastic, engaged and proactive
prepared to work hard and willing to learn
fluent in English, Swiss-German would also be a benefit due to the geographical location of the role
