We have grown to become an international company with distribution partners in 6 continents, 1000+ customer flights and a very first vertical take off and landing drone with professional aerial photography sensors which we are selling to a lot of happy customers in different industries.
We look for an excellent mind who wants to develop and manage the finance and controlling processes for us. You work in a team with the CFO, an accountant and an external bookkeeper. Together we make sure that our financials are correct and that we have as lean as possible financial processes which help Wingtra along its growth. You distribute the relevant information within the company and to our investors.
Responsibilities
You are owner of the financial and controlling processes at Wingtra
You make sure that our processes in finance and administration are efficient and that our financial reports are relevant and accurate
You supervise our accounting and you analyse our monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
You coordinate year-end closing and act as contact to the auditors
You prepare and improve internal management reports as well as investor updates
You are responsible for the preparation of financial forecasting and planning for our steering of the business and for fundraising
You are part of the fundraising team which raised around CHF 10 millions till now
Last but not least, you support the CFO in projects related to our fast growing business, such as internationalization, and you act as sparring partner to the business
Who are you?
Hold a university degree in finance or business administration
Gained minimum of 2 years working experience in controlling and/or finance
Excellent communication in English
You love numbers and are expert with spreadsheets (excel or google sheets)
Reliable, disciplined and very accurate
Honest, humble, and self-motivated
Plus
Gained first experience in finance and controlling within fast growing organization
Experience in preparation of investor reporting
Good understanding of Abacus or similar accounting tools
Good understanding of Swiss Civil Code (Obligationenrecht)
Excellent communication in German
Familiarity with startup environment
