We look for an excellent mind to build up and take charge of our supply chain management:
Position
Organize supply chain in order to guarantee continuous components availability, while taking into account the lead and delivery periods, the production rates and all possible risks
Prepare and follow up purchase orders, including import/export issues
Develop purchasing procedures that are based on the rate of usage
Manage deliveries including input quantity and quality control
Manage stock, including physical layout and inventories
Implement a supply and stock management system
Optimize the supply chain and procedure: evaluate suppliers, payment methods, order frequency and prepare recommendations for the management
Guarantee the execution of the agreements signed with the suppliers
Requirements
University degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Min 3 years working experience as a Supply Chain Manager
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and German
Ability to implement dashboard and report system
Proficient utilizing of ERP systems
Excellent organizational and self management skills
Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are operational excellence focused and improve the processes by implementing new tools
Plus
Certified in Project Management
Experience with integration of a stock management systems
