Your responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for negotiating commercial and legal contract conditions with clients and consortium partners in alignment with the Sales Manager

  • Coordinates and interfaces with different departments with regard to commercial issues relating to the project (insurance, tax, treasury, legal, etc.)

  • Analyses contractual risks and  proactively proposes risk reduction measures

  • Proactively pursues the best possible resolution of internal and external commercial challenges and problems


Your experiences

 

  • More than 5 years’ experience as contract manager in the construction industry or similar

  • Extensive experience in contract management in large scale industrial projects

  • Profound legal knowledge

  • Technical understanding

  • Very good negotiation and communication skills

  • Very good problem-solving skills, ability to consider complex interdependent aspects of problems

  • Proficient in English and German
