We need you to join our R&D Controlling team at Männedorf

Junior Controller R&D (80-100%)

What you will do

In this challenging and important role you are responsible for the R&D accounting, reporting and controlling. Furthermore you will be the deputy of Head Controlling R&D. 

  

 Responsibilities will include

• Supervising of monthly closing of R&D costs


• Monitoring of hour bookings


• Ensuring compliance within Tecan competence rules


• Preparing ad-hoc analysis for R&D Management


• Supervising material and value flow in SAP


• Project controlling for dedicated projects


• Supporting and advising project leaders and cost center managers


• Preparing project summaries


• Reporting of current status of project deliverables and early warning in case of deviations

What you bring along

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in the field of finance/controlling


• Further education as certified public accountant or controller is a plus


• 3 years of experience in accounting in an industrial environment


• Experience in controlling is a plus


• Fluent German and English skills


• Solid IT Skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP R3 (SAP BW and Cognos is a plus)


• Strong analytical skills


• Willingness to learn and grow “on the job”


• Working accurate and independently, also under pressure
