Requirements: 

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Geneva,
The Senior Relationship Manager will report to the Head of Sales and will manage 1 of our international key accounts in FMCG Industry


Main activities:



  • Grows the business by promoting the full range of services to active clients, passive clients, hot and cold prospects

  • Defines growth strategy for the accounts he is responsible for

  • Builds relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend

  • Cold calls potential customers and sells the company’s products and services

  • Research the target market and finding companies to target

  • Attends meetings with potential customers and closes sales

  • Builds a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales

  • Works to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager

  • Progresses towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager

  • Identifies and qualifies leads

  • Follows up progress of leads and opportunities

  • Follows up with past customers and cross selling products

  • Creates, negotiates and closes commercial agreements

  • Organizes, prepares and conducts business reviews meetings to ensure clients are satisfied

  • Organizes, prepares and attends meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts

  • Achieves client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales

  • Escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by clients

  • Carries out client satisfaction surveys and reviews

  • Liaises with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

  • Updates the CRM on a daily basis

  • Provides assistance to other members of the sales team

  •
