ABB Turbocharging is looking to appoint an experienced GPG Supply & Production Manager. Reporting to the Global Product Group Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a compelling global product group strategy and fit-for-purpose operational plans covering the entire supply chain. Aufgaben :


- Oversee full range of managerial activities associated with production planning, production/assembly, forwarding, and quality assurance, in addition to ensuring requisite resources, tools, and processes within these areas
- Manage supply and production at three international locations and supervise relevant activities at Center of Excellence for bearing parts within the business unit
- Perform global strategic management with regard to production and sourcing for PG7719, including a plant in Switzerland, China and a possible new facility in the U.S. as well as new supply markets around the globe
- Manage subcontractors and ensure ongoing development in this area, in addition to providing support for product and process development in cooperation with key stakeholders
- Assume full responsibility for health and safety, supply and production costs, on-time delivery, and quality on the basis of defined KPIs, including the task of identifying streamlining potential
- Manage operational excellence with regard to production, planning, assembly, and forwarding, in addition to maintaining a culture of continuous improvement within the supply and production groups
- Ensure effective and efficient organizational structures at a global level, focusing on management, staffing, retention, and development of talent


Anforderungen:


- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
- Far-reaching experience in the field of manufacturing and logistics
- Proven track record in developing and leading international Sourcing and Production teams
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to guide an organization through change in a dynamic environment
- Fluent command of English and German, both written and spoken
