Senior Electrical/Radio-Frequency Engineer

Zurich43 is a leading global player in delivering break-through innovations and creating outstanding products for the safe and beneficial application of electromagnetic (EM) energy and information technologies, as well as for novel and personalized medical treatments. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Senior Electrical/Radio-Frequency Engineer.

Your challenges:

• Development of novel high-quality test and measurement systems


• Initiation and/or evaluation of R&D projects, including market analysis, with emphasis on EM measurement technology


• Realization of such projects in small, interdisciplinary teams


• Close interaction with customers and partners worldwide


• Technical project lead  guidance of co-workers and PhD students

Your strengths:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, with specialization in radiofrequency (RF) or EM from a university or university of applied sciences


• Experience in module- and system-level RF design, circuit simulation, board-level and firmware debugging, hands-on assembly and testing, schematics creation, and design, and driving new technologies in the domain of RF, EM, and wireless communications


• Effective communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail


• Profound experience in product development and interaction with industrial, mechanical, and software design


• Strong sense of responsibility and highest quality standards


• Team spirit, self-motivation, ability to work efficiently under pressure, eagerness to learn


• Fluency in English and preferably also in German
