To strengthen our Compliance, Risk & Fraud Service Delivery Team, we are looking for a:

Technical Consultant: AML Banking Software

Your Mission:

In this role, you are responsible for designing, implementing and supporting solutions which address and resolve our customer’s business issues. You demonstrate a consultative pre-sales approach in addition to having excellent ‘hands-on’ technical skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude which inspires confidence to our customers and enables the integration of our solutions in complex international and national environments.

Your Key Tasks

• Application integration and support for our Banking AML Compliance solutions


• Analysis, planning, integration, and testing of packaged software


• Software installation, configuration, and testing


• Technical training for our local and international customers


• Customer care (technical support, problem-solving, communication, reporting)


• Pre-sales and account management support


• International travel to customer site

Your Profile

• Experience in (Banking) software integration


• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, AIX/Linux) is a plus


• Good knowledge of databases (Oracle and/or SQL Server)


• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere,…) is a plus


• Software development experience a plus


• Excellent communication skills, customer focused


• Pre-sales support experience is a plus


• Self-motivated, high energy and ability to cope with tight deadlines


• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science


• Available to travel internationally


• Languages: English or French native, German or Arabic is a plus
