Objective

For our IT PMO Team located in Lausanne (Mex), we are currently looking for a Project and Portfolio Manager.

Responsibility

YOUR MISSION:

As Project Manager, you will contribute to the successful deployment a major company transformation project (“BBS”) and other IT Bobst challenges. 

As portfolio manager you will be supporting the PMO Head via portfolio management and reporting. You will ensure the  quality control of the projects, manage the project management tools and drive the methodology enhancement as well as its adherence and promotion.

YOUR  COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build a consolidate project Roadmap for IT programs


• Ensure that work-packages planning are up-to-date and assist the work-package leaders in this task to define a coherent WBS structure


• Provide a consistent global deployment strategy through utilization of the framework, ensuring coordination of all functions for required training, change management and communication


• Build Agile methodology and reinforce PMO tools and accelerators


• Manage the project portfolio, deadlines and budgets in line with the tolerances agreed with the Program


• Define resource and capacity plan with continuous review (as-is / plan)


• Monitor project activities, workload and progress


• Organize recurrent review, way of working, program management meetings (WOR,SC..)


• Track and maintain decision and task list as well as minutes of meetings


• Ensure yearly roadmaps


• Monitor quality of gate and phase of the projects


• Control and ensure adherence to the methodology


• Define executive dashboard reports for the PMO activities with a set of KPI


• Prepare regular communication regarding PMO activities


• Ensure change management using ADKAR methodology


• Proven track record with multiple multi-site implementation programs, at medium to large size companies as well as track record in Portfolio management


• Demonstrate leadership skills including supervising multiple project managers responsible for multiple site deployments ensuring all projects meet the established completion dates

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS:

• 10 years’ professional experience in Project and Program management. Ideally, a solid experience working in the field of engineering within a manufacturing industry would be a plus


• Successful track record on SAP projects Waterfall and Agile


• Track record on IT projects a plus


• Certified PMI or equivalent


• Proven experience in Agile methodology, implementation and management. Agile and Scrum Master


• Successful track record of working with both business and technical teams to achieve business goals and meet requirements


• CMO – Prosci ADKAR methodology a plus


• SAP functional knowledge in some module


• SAP experience and Agile is required


• PMO tools type Solman, Jira 


• Customer focused, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and present progress


• Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees. Team player and positive attitude


• Strong professional/social interpersonal relationship management skills


• Training and ideally coaching capabilities would be a strong asset


• Fluent in English, French a strong asset


• Ability to travel globally up to 20% of the time
