Objective

In order to reinforce our team, we are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent.

Responsibility

YOUR MISSION

• Register and answer requests regarding parts and services for Switzerland


• Manage spare parts orders and quote fulfilment in Switzerland and in countries where Bobst is represented by agents


• Decide on the best means of transportation and ensure best possible transport fares


• Ensure correct booking and invoicing as well as adequacy and compliance of shipping documentation, in particular regarding Customs documentation


• Investigate transport claims and work on corrective and preventive actions


• Provide support to the Regional Service Manager and Level 2 agents


• Fulfilment and follow-up of Maintenance contracts


• Generate and follow satisfaction surveys


• Handle daily contacts with customers as well as agents


• Participate in various improvement projects

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Business Import-Export / Logistics education completed with experience within similar Logistics role 


• Fluent in German and/or Swiss German to deal with Swiss market


• Fluent in English and French. Italian is a plus.


• Experience in an international company


• SAP knowledge or any equivalent ERP system


• Technical knowledge would be a great asset


• Good interpersonal and communication skills, at ease with managing customer requests


• Team player
