Job Description

• Specify market requirements for current and future products by focusing on business value and conducting market research supported by customer visits.


• Communicate these requirements to the product owners and refine them until obtaining a finished product.


• Drive the product roadmap for one of the three key pillars of the Nexthink value proposition: Compliance.


• Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed requirements, preparing return-on-investment analyses, developing plans with sales and marketing and determining product pricing.


• Create packaged solutions around new and existing products including product features, content, best practices, operationalization plans, third party integrations, documentation and technical whitepapers; validate and refine these solutions by applying them to selected customers.


• Understand, assess and document the ecosystem of products and processes in which Nexthink operates and the corresponding market synergies and competitors.


• This position requires 20% local and international travel

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Information / Cyber security field (minimum 5 years).


• Clear understanding of organizations’ challenges and risks related to compliance and information security (e.g. data protection regulations, emerging threats, user risks).


• Experience in security operations (i.e. incident detection and response).


• Good knowledge of common Cyber security frameworks, such as ISO 27k, NIST, CIS.


• Understanding of large-scale transformation projects (e.g. Cloud migrations) and the challenges they pose in terms of information security.


• Information security certification a plus (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSK).


• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.


• Demonstrated ability to collect user feedback and understand customer pain points.


• Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment.


• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.


• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, and social awareness.


• Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.


• Professional-level English, spoken and written; fluency in French or German are a plus


• BSc/MSc in engineering, marketing or business
