iptiQ EMEA Property & Casualty is a newly built unit within Swiss Re Life Capital, established to deliver digital-native and creative solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) clients and partners across Europe that engage with consumers in non-traditional ways.
About the role
As a Service Center Agent, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join us; a diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value and innovative services together with our clients and partners in the primary insurance industry.
You have the opportunity to develop and help automating our customer interaction and service center. You will be responsible for the personal customer service by phone, chat and e-mail in the service center of iptiQ EMEA P&C.
Your tasks include the answering customer inquiries in the insurance areas motor, household, personal liability and assistance insurance. Furthermore, you will advise customers in emergency situations of damage or loss. In addition, you will record claims, customer inquiries and feedback in the backend system of iptiQ EMEA P&C. You will report your findings directly to the Head of Service Center.
Your responsibilities include:
• Offer personal customer service via phone, chat and e-mail
• Answer customer inquiries in the motor, household, personal liability and assistance insurance sectors
• Develop the service center build and automation of its processes
• Customer advice in the event of damage or loss
• Record claims, customer inquiries and feedback

About you
• Completed basic education (sales, retail, office assistance or similar)
• Work experience in a contact center
• Knowledge of property insurance (motor, household, personal liability and assistance insurance) is an advantage
• Mother tongue and/or fluent in at least two of the following languages: Swiss German, German, Italian, French; proficient in English
• Distinct flair and enjoyment of active customer service
• Customer and team-oriented behavior, empathy and good communication skills
• Independent working method
• Good MS Office user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Resilient and reliable
• Motivated and eager to learn
