Overview of Role


Provide general assistance to the Credit Team to ensure the structuring, processing and monitoring of standard and complex credit transactions. Work closely with the team on the daily business but also provide support in ad-hoc projects.


Responsibilities


- Provide support in the daily monitoring of credit positions


- Credit assessment and execution of day-to-day payment or drawdown requests from clients


- Proactively liaise and communicate with client advisors on credit transactions


- Execution of client requests with credit card provider


- Analyse the data of securities and propose Loan-to-Value ratios to be applied


- Support preparation of internal credit applications to committees


- Give administrative support in the preparation and presentation of various management reports


- Efficiently analyse data for management reports


Education and Qualifications


- High School or University degree (Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance), bank apprenticeship


or similar


Experience, Skills and Competencies Required


- Professional experience within the Swiss banking environment or financial industry


- Knowledge and interest in financial markets


- Fluent in German and English (written and oral). Any other languages are an asset


- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products (VBA is a plus)


- Avaloq user experience would be an additional asset


- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented


- Efficient and structured way of working


 Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
