Your role: Provide project management support to several global NBE CMC development programmes. Work with the programme team to create alternative development scenarios, each comprising costs, timelines, risks, and project valuation. Support the Biotech CMC programme leader(s) in defining the strategy, stakeholder management and overall programme leadership topics. Execute the specific strategy by establishing, updating and tracking against benchmark-based project plans in line with the approved cross-functional plan and document all assumptions made. Provide project team with early warnings on possible budget variances. Define the critical path for the project and ensure that all team members are fully aware of and focusing attention on the critical path activities to avoid any delay of project timelines. Coordinate within the project team the preparation and update of key project documents or sections thereof. Support the Programme Leader with project specific input in presenting and obtaining approval of the CMC programme strategy by the respective governance body. In agreement with the programme leader(s) you manage the internal (across functions, sites and top management) and external (investors, scientific community) project reporting and communication.


 


Who you are:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track of project management in a matrix organization; PMP certification is a must.

  • Working experience in either Research & Development and/ or Manufacturing operations in Biotech industry is essential, including clinical development and regulatory landscape understanding.

  • University degree is a must: MSc in life science discipline as a minimum.

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written is essential; additional languages (German or French) are an asset.
