The position, located in Hallstahammar, is initially a temporary employment for one year, with a big opportunity for a full-time employment at the local HR department if successful.
Job Summary
This is a combined role Executive Assistant as well as Junior HR Professional.
You will work as an Executive Assistant where you have a key role in the organization and get the chance to meet stakeholders that are crucial for your further success. Your primary duties are proactive planning and to serve the Head of the Product Area (PA) through various administrative tasks, which requires that you stay one step ahead and have excellent organizational skills. You coordinate and act as the contact person for the organization locally and globally within PA Kanthal. Furthermore, you play a central part in coordinating and arranging meetings as well as having an active role preparing a variety of important and communicative material for the whole PA. As Junior HR Professional you will support the local HR organization in a variety of tasks including coordinate trainings, internal HR communication and external and internal HR related events such as employer branding. Furthermore, you will be involved in a variety of administrative tasks, for example statistics and maintain organizational data.
Your profile
We are preferably looking for you with a bachelor degree within HR, where you are a recent graduate or have a few years of administrative or other HR related work experiences. The most important asset is that you have a positive attitude toward the challenges of the job and a natural talent for service. We expect you to be able to combine initiative and independence with quality and a great sense of details. You must be comfortable operating in a global environment and to be confident handling sensitive information in a professional way. You are an experienced user of the most common computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Outlook. Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, in both writing and speaking, are required in order to be successful in this position.
