In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our business in Switzerland, we are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (F/M) This position is for a recognised professional within our Corporate Development team who will independently manage strategic projects. Focus areas will be the further development of Mercer’s product and service offering across all lines of business, initiation and development of new strategic partnerships, and implementation of efficiency measures together with the SwissLeadership team. Your tasks:
Working with Leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Managing the projects effectively to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Studying and assessing new markets, applications, products and partners, and developing innovative product recommendations based on commercial, technical and opportunity assessments.
Assessing, implementing and managing key partner relationships for specific products & services.
Drive the business development in new business areas together with Sales and Client Management.
Identifying areas for operational improvement and making detailed recommendations to consultants and/or principals, Mercer project team(s), leadership, and/or supervisor if necessary.
Qualifications Your profile:
Master´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years project management experience, preferably with a management consulting firm
Proven ability to develop and manage complex project plans involving multiple work streams and global stakeholders.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interest in a career path within commercial leadership.
High willingness to go the extra mile
Team player and effective networker with strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
Very strong business acumen.
Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills; French would be a plus.
Excellent Skills in MS-Excel and -Powerpoint.
