Inthis function,you sourceand convert anE-Commercepipeline through a structured and strategic sales process to generate profitable new business opportunities ensuring the growth objectives are achieved thereby supporting the long-term goals of the company.

Maintasks:

• Identify, manage and develop prospects for newbusiness


• Combine the DHL Express Sales Process with Social-Media –Marketing & -Selling


• RepresentDHLExpress at events and conferences specific to
  
  E-Commerce


• Utilize the DHL global sales process to systematically manage all customer opportunities


• Provide visibility of customer and market dynamics to ensure Management team are kept abreast of market developments


• To be an ambassador for DHL sales team, to continuously strive for excellence in terms of customer dialogue, negotiation and communication


• Develop customized proposals and presentations in conjunction with the local sales people for new prospects that will generate profitable revenue


• Manage all Proposals and tenders by defining Customer and DHL requirements

Requirements:

• Sales and/or Marketing experience (minimum3-5 years)


• Solid experience withSocialMedia Marketing


• Nativeor fluent in German, excellent command of English, French is aplus


• International Express transport knowledge is a plus


• Solidunder­standing of customer needs


• Businessplanning and project management skills


• Excellent communicationsand presentationskills


• Strong negotiation skills (impact and influence)


• Cross functional thinking


• Strategicthinking and target orientation


• High profile networking
