What it's about


PG Impact Investments (PGII) is the Impact Investing arm of Partners Group, a leading global private markets investment firm. The purpose of PGII is to harness the efficiency of private markets and entrepreneurship to alleviate poverty and address pressing social and environmental challenges.


 


PGII follows an integrated investment strategy aimed at generating both impact and market rate financial returns. Its funds will invest across all impact sectors and geographies with focus on housing, microfinance, financial services, energy access, food and agriculture in emerging markets. The funds will invest via direct investments (debt & equity) and other funds/mandates.


 


In this position you will be part of our team in Zug and support our investment professionals in the role of a Team Assistant being in charge for diverse processes in the company. At the same time, you also represent the role of an Executive Assistant for our CEO.


 


Your task will include:


 


Team-Assistant:



  • Preparation and post processing of internal and external meetings and conference calls

  • Coordination of Investment Committee meetings (coordination of participants, video conferences, agenda, documentation, etc.)

  • Controlling and maintaining of various data bases

  • Various administrational tasks (filing, etc.)

  • Supporting the team in organizational tasks such as setting up meetings, welcoming clients, organize client travels, client gifts etc.

  • Compiling, preparation and print of presentations, documentations and hand-outs for meetings and business trips

  • Correspondence and organization of business events and corporate/team events


 


Executive Assistant to CEO



  • Organization of internal and external meetings, incl. preparation and coordination of Board of Directors meetings

  • Support CEO in internal & external communication, incl. maintenance of Company website & press releases

  • Planning and coordination of business trips

  • Responsibility for the administration of the Outlook inbox and calendar

  • Various administrational tasks (expense reports, preparation of different documents for meetings, etc.)


What we expect


For this challenging position we are looking for a reliable and flexible person who is able to work under pressure. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, good IT skills, can work independently and has the willingness to deliver. This person is characterized as an open minded and motivated person who works precisely, efficiently and proactively.


 


You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and are fluent / business professional in English (oral/written). Furthermore, you have gained relevant work experience ideally in an assistant role. Experience in an international environment and in the financial industry is a plus.
